Furnished with modern elegance, the flat, newly restored (June 2005), enjoys a wonderful view of Palermo historical palaces and churches from the front balcony and a view of the sea and harbour from the back windows. The flat is on 5th floor (sorry, no lift) of a building in the historical Kalsa area 5 mins walk from Botanical Gardens, Abbatellis Gallery (with its Antonello da Messina paintings), Spasimo (a roofless ancient church now used for concerts) and the norman ´Magione´ church. There are 2 large bedrooms full of light and conditioned, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, a kitchen with oak furniture and a utility room with a washing machine. The flat is equipped with a small safe.

Apart from these, most of Palermo monuments are at walking distance from the flat.
