Torre della Sapienza is a hillside farm located in the middle of Umbria and it has been the property of Count Faina´s family for generations.
The farm´s grounds extend over 100+ hectares and include fields of wheat, sun flowers, olive and walnut groves, a nine-hectares wood and a pond.
A few rural houses on the farm have been carefully restored and divided into holiday apartments, now available for vacation rentals on a weekly, monthly or longterm basis.
Perched on the hill, with lovely views all around, Corvo and Le Ripe are two-storied stucco houses, respectively divided in 6 and 4 apartments, all with independent access.
Each house has a large garden and swimming pool (size 13x6 mts, open mid-June to mid-September), barbecue, children´s playground, covered car parking place.

Umbria is a small, hilly region of Central Italy, close to Tuscany but more intimate and unexplored, often referred to as Italy´s green heart.
Within a short drive from Torre della Sapienza property you have Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, Montefalco, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio and the other jewels of Umbria. Rome, Florence, Siena, Urbino and all historic cities of Central Italy are less than two hours away by car. |
