Rome, quiet, charming apartment with sunny terrace, near Coliseum and Roman Forum. The penthouse is at the 4th floor of an ancient building, with lift. The apartment is well-furnished, sleeps max 4, is on two levels. At the 1st level there is a sitting room with a very comfortable sofa bed for two (king size bed), a kitchenette, a small balcony overlooking an inner garden, a comfortable wooden staircase brings you to the upper floor where you find a bedroom, a bathroom with tub, a terrace with garden furniture (table with 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs), plants and awning. Air conditioning, Satellite TV, stereo set, washing machine and microwave-oven, iron with ironing board, hair dryer are at hand. An Internet point is in the building, on the street. Subway, buses, restaurants, shops, supermarkets are nearby. I organize transfer from airport if required (costs 40 euros). Parking facilities nearby (but not for free)

Info:
Transfer from airport: if you want to be fetched at the airport, I can organize a car with driver (Antonio) who will pick you up IN the airport and drive you directly to the apartment. It costs 40 euros.
Otherwise:
In Fiumicino airport there´s a train station, trains are leaving every
30 minutes to Rome central station (TERMINI). From there you can walk to the house or go with subway (line B) only 1 stop (get off at Cavour) and you reach the house.
From Ciampino airport you can take the bus to Stazione Termini station, from there the same as above (see above).
If you come by car, there is a garage in front of the house, but must be paid extra
